BIM - Building Information Modelling
"I have seen the future and it is BIM- shaped"
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that provides AEC professionals with every detail needed to plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure. Although BIM is generally connected with the preconstruction and design stage, it is an added advantage in the life cycle of the project even at the post-construction stage
BIM is used to make better design decisions, improve building performance, and collaborate more effectively throughout the project lifecycle. We also use BIM to identify and resolve potential conflicts before they occur. Goal is to use BIM to deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget.
